What is a Medical Oncologist?
Medical oncologists are medical experts trained
and highly experienced in the treatment of cancer.
They coordinate the care of cancer patients and,
when needed, prescribe chemotherapy and other anti-cancer
drugs (hormones, biological modifiers).
Blue Ridge Cancer Care is staffed by medical
professionals who specialize in the diagnosis
and treatment of cancer. We use the latest technology
to screen for and treat all types of benign and
malignant tumors.
